When choosing accommodation on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai for study, an exchange programme or a consular appointment, start with the address you need to visit and your reporting time. Huyen House at 18A/139 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ho Chi Minh City is an option to compare against a central-city itinerary.
According to information supplied by the property, Huyen House and Huyen Homestay host international students. Their needs vary: a few nights before moving into longer-term accommodation, a short course or a visit with family. State your dates and requirements rather than asking only for a student room.
Check the right university location
VNU-HCM University of Social Sciences and Humanities publishes 10–12 Dinh Tien Hoang in its admissions and document-submission information. This is a useful address to check if your visit involves the university, but an admissions address does not establish the teaching location of every programme.
Use your invitation, timetable or programme contact to confirm the campus, room, start date and reporting time. Include any additional venues when deciding whether an accommodation location fits your plans.
A U.S. Consulate appointment
For accommodation near the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, check the exact institution and address on your appointment confirmation. The U.S. Department of State lists the Consulate General at 4 Le Duan. The U.S. Embassy in Hanoi is a different location.
Check the route from Huyen House to the address specified for your visit. Do not assume every related step takes place at one venue. Consult the official instructions for appointment arrangements, documents and items to bring.
Cozy or Deluxe Double?
The Cozy room lists 10 m², one single bed and a maximum of one guest. Published amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom. It is a category to compare for a solo stay with your own sleeping space.
The Deluxe Double lists 25 m², one double bed and a maximum of two guests, with a refrigerator among its published amenities. Compare photographs and layout if travelling with a companion or several bags. Guests needing separate beds should ask first: the published configuration is one double bed.
Before an international student arrives
Send your dates, expected arrival time, guest count and intended duration. Confirm arrival contact details and the information needed for check-in. If English-language assistance is important, ask about arrangements rather than assuming it is available at every hour.
For study inside the room, ask about seating, a work surface and the connection you need. Wi-Fi alone does not establish all study facilities. For longer visits, confirm the total quote, housekeeping, included supplies and extension conditions. The property is accommodation rather than a university residence or an education or consular service provider.
Prepare for a scheduled visit
The property describes a welcoming, private and quiet atmosphere. Ask about the specific room if you have noise sensitivities or access requirements. Confirm check-in times and any early or late arrival arrangements separately.
Check the total cost, any deposit and date-change terms before payment, especially if your programme schedule is uncertain. Save the full address: Huyen House is at 18A/139, while Huyen Homestay is a separate property at 18A/43 on the same road.
